Pat Sontag Memorial Golf Tournament
Aloha!  The Eighth Annual Pat Sontag Memorial Golf Tournament, "The Turtle Open," was held Aug. 26, 2011 at Hawk's View Golf Club in Lake Geneva, WI, for the benefit of the Lakeland Animal ShelterMore than $13,000 was raised!  Nearly 100 golfers enjoyed a very Hawaiian day...plenty of sunshine and the feel of gentle island winds...it was a great day for golf.  Many other friends joined the golfers in the evening for dinner, golf event awards, raffle prizes, silent and live auctions, and lots and lots of fun!

Over the eight years of the tournament, approximately $83,000 has been raised for the Shelter!

The "Turtle Open" is a tournament that has become known as one of the best charity outings around. (Check the information below to see why.)  You don't want to miss it.  The date for this year's (2012) tournament is yet to be set so keep checking back for more updates!  If you'd like to be put on our mailing list for the 2012 event, or for additional information, please contact the Lakeland Animal Shelter directly.

You can view a photo album of the 2010 event here. You can also view photos from the 2009 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005 and 2004 events.

To all those who participated in this event in honor of Pat, and to all who helped make it happen, we say Mahalo! Thank you!
